Our classes are aimed at adults in the workforce. Learners are generally over 18 years old. There is no upper limit on age – our courses are very simple to navigate, even if computers are not normally your thing.

You can take as many as you like. It will generally take about 1.5 hours to complete a course. If you have a group of 5 or more to enrol, then use the group enrolment function, or give us a call to arrange enrolment

Individuals, or small groups of up to 4 people can enrol instantly using the ENROL link, and making a secure payment via credit card.
Group enrolments are much better done by selecting GROUP ENROL button and filling out the enrolment list of details prior to secure online payment by following the link. We will then contact you when your enrolments have been processed, and your learners have been emailed their login details.

We don’t generally process refunds, but if you have enrolled a group and then somebody has left your business, then let us know via email and we will be happy to swap in a new staff member.

You will need a PC, tablet or smart phone to access your courses. The content is optimised for all 3 types of device, and quite a few browser versions. However, we do occasionally find there could be technical issues if you are using a very old version of browser. In this case, aren’t you due for an update anyway?

But if you are not in Australia, please bear in mind the time difference. We will get back to you when the sun comes up in our part of the world.

The courses are available online for as long as you need them. Many of them contain useful downloads, which you can download any time, as many times as you like.

Our pricing is generally super simple. Courses are all priced at AUD$60.

We do offer group discounts if you would like to purchase 100 or more course credits in advance. Please contact us via email or phone.

Payment is generally by secure credit card payment in advance of gaining access to your course.
Our regular corporate clients can arrange to be invoiced for their enrolments. We can quote purchase orders if that is your company system.

All major credit cards accepted by the Stripe payment gateway.
Regular corporate clients can pay their accounts by EFT or credit card.
